How It Works
Lowering your tenant management costs is a simple as uploading your list of tenants' phone numbers, selecting a script, and scheduling the date of the call.

That's all the work you have to do.

Tenant Contact places the calls according to the dates and scripts you have requested. For example, you may choose a script warning renters that rent is coming due to be called ten days before your due date. Chronic late payers may receive an additional call five days before rent is due. Past due calls can be made at three days after payment date, and so on.

If nobody is home to answer the phone, Tenant Contact leaves a message. If someone picks up the phone, Tenant Contact can have the tenant instantly contact your receivables department by simply pushing a key on his telephone keypad.
