Dear Frankelbees,

I am the strange position of being very overwhelmed by my own 
success. For the past year a have been developing a network of real 
estate sites. So far there are fifty in the network. My goal was to 
use my knowledge of web marketing to become the dominate player in 
the real estate market and I have almost succeeded in doing this.

Currently, the sites generate about $60 million in buying/selling 
requests per day and in 1 to 2 months time this amount will reach 
$100-200 million. However, most leads take 6-12 months before the 
lead turns into a sale and a great number of the leads can fall 
through over that time. My problem is the following:

In order build my business I need help need an employee or partner 
because there is just too much involved with managing this number of 
sites. Another possibility I have been considering is to sell the 
business. I am hoping that someone on Frankelbiz can help me with 
either of these two regards.
